One of the difficulties with buying fragranced products online is that, well, we haven't yet worked out a way to transmit scent over the internet!
 
No matter how we describe our scents (and how lovely we think they are), the fact remains that fragrance is a subjective thing. The smell in my imagination is different to yours

Six little scent cards impregnated with real samples of our fragrances, packed into individual biodegradable glassine envelopes and posted off to you in letterbox-friendly plastic-free packaging

Please note: Eventyr is currently not in our sample packs- once current stocks of Eventyr are sold, Eventyr is relaunching with a new formulation (which is also significantly more expensive!) If you'd like to sample Eventyr specifically, please contact us and we'll see what can be done
 
Quantity

  • Scent samples are made to order to ensure they reach you as fresh as possible

     

    We've tested that the scents last in our packaging for at least a week, but they aren't designed to last forever so the scent will wear off at some point

     

    The samples are best experienced as soon as they reach you- so please don't order just before you go on a long holiday as they may not smell of anything when you get back!

     

    As with everything we do, we've committed to biodegradable and eco-friendly packaging for these. The glassine envelopes work well with our sample cards, but aren't completely scent impermeable. There may be a bit of "scent mingling" when you open the box. We suggest you separate the envelopes from eachother and allow them to air for a few minutes before opening to experience the individual scents at their best

     

    Although the scent samples are exactly the same formulas used in our candles, there may be some differences in your experience of them when you enjoy them in our candles. However, our candles are premium products and we don't scrimp on the quality or quantity of our essential oils- we make them to smell as good as possible!

     

    Although the postage may seem expensive, this is reflected by artificially reducing the cost of the sample packs. You'll pay £6 altogether, or get the sample pack for £2 if you buy 2 candles due to the free postage threshold.

     

    Lastly, our usual return policy doesn't apply to sample packs- the cost to you simply reflects our costs in producing them. They are purely to demonstrate the fragrances available before you commit to buying one of our products. Refunds or returns are unfortunately not available for these- we hope you understand.
