Personalisation T&Cs:

You may, if you choose, opt to personalise your outer sleeve with your chosen name or word. This service costs an additional £5. To do this, please select the personalised option and fill in your chosen word in the relevant box. There is a maximum allowance of 12 characters. English alphabet is preferred, though we will do our best to accommodate other options where technically possible. We reserve the right to refuse personalisation requests solely at our discretion. We will inform you if we are not able to complete your request, and discuss options if so. Personalised products can not be refunded, except in the case of a fault. The personalisation only applies to the main word on the front of the packaging. For legal reasons, the candle name can not be changed on the base or product itself.
